How does it work?
The procedure is quite simple: with a few click you can drag your
favourite items to the shopping bag, change quantity and check delivery
cost to your country.

Delivery Address: once defined your shopping bag,
you can check out.
You can indicate a billing address and a different delivery address
(gifts, office or company address...) and you can even fill in a

Submit Order: check everything, choose the Payment
Option and Submit the Order.
you will be forwarded to the Secure Server for the selected procedure.
Order Confirmation: you will receive an email
with all the details you indicated (items, delivery address, ecc...).
Please check the email and if you see any error do not hesitate

Return policy , Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied, in any way, with your new products
you can return them, in unused and saleable condition, in the original
packaging within 14 days after you received the shipment for a refund.
You will be responsible for all handling and shipping costs of the
return.
1. Put the item(s) back in the original box. Do not use them first. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
2. Please contact ordiniweb@leviedelcotone.it
for a return authorization of your purchase . This is absolutely
necessary for correct processing of your return.
3. After receipt of a return authorization, return the item to us via the carrier of your choice to MacSpinner office that handled your order.
If your return is a result of our error, (e.g. you were shipped an incorrect item or color) the appropriate return shipping cost will be refunded. Customer service must first be contacted in order to receive return authorization. After receiving your message, we will instruct you as to which carrier to use.
You will be responsible for the initial payment of return shipping. Upon receiving your returned item, MacSpinner will verify our error and refund the appropri

Damaged Goods
If an item arrives damaged, immediately contact us for a return authorization.
Please also inform us if the box is broken during the delivery and has been damaged during transport.
This will help us to increase our service and ask for a refound from Transport Partner Company.
We are not responsible for damages caused by incorrect use, handling, or abuse of the item.
The damaged item and invoice must accompany the return in order for us to process an exchange. Please also include a note stating the product's defect.
Customer service will instruct you as to what carrier to use for the return, and to which MacSpinner office to which it should be sent.
You are responsible for initial payment of the return shipping cost. Upon receiving your returned item, we will verify its condition and replace the item if our terms of guarantee apply. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that the item(s) arrive back to us.
Terms of Warranty
Beyond our 14-day return period, Leviedelcotone also provides a
limited warranty (1 year) to ensure that our products are free of
defects.
As with a standard return, products under warranty should be sent back to MacSpinner by following the instructions below:
1. Put the item(s) back in the original box, if available. The invoice or receipt must accompany the return.
2. Please contact ordiniweb@leviedelcotone.it
for a return authorization of your purchase . This is absolutely
necessary for correct processing of your return.
3. Send it back to us by the carrier of your choice to MacSpinner office
that handled your order. You are responsible for payment of the

Shipping and Delivery
All orders placed before 2pm (Italian time) and meet the
authorization criteria will be shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out the following business
day.
All orders are handled by UPS, DHL or SDA.
